💕 Can I choose the products in my Chuli Box?
In the Cute CHULI BOX clásica and Maxi cute CHULI BOX, the game chooses the contents. We randomly draw 4 bags for the clásica and 8 bags for the Maxi. Every bag contains a bracelet and a random number of pieces, with each piece corresponding to a catalogue product. 🎲🎁
Tell us your tastes and preferences and we will consider them whenever possible. The CHULI BOX DELUXE is the exception: it does not use the game and lets you choose up to 10 items.
🎁 Can I order a Chuli Box as a gift?
Of course! 💗 Tell us when ordering and we will prepare the box especially as a gift.
💌 Can I add a personal message?
Absolutely! When personalising your Chuli Box you can leave a free personalised message, which we will handwrite on your card. ✍️💕
📦 How long does delivery take?
Your Chuli Box should arrive in approximately 5–7 working days after the order is confirmed. ✨

We deliver throughout mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. 📦💕

For the Cute CHULI BOX clásica and Maxi cute CHULI BOX, the game determines the products by drawing 4 or 8 bags. Each contains a bracelet and a random number of pieces corresponding to catalogue products. ✨🎁
The exact contents remain a surprise. With the CHULI BOX DELUXE, there is no game: you choose up to 10 items.

📱 How do the packaging videos work?
The experience begins before your box arrives! 🎀
If you select the packaging video, we record the game and the packing of your Chuli Box. A few days later we may publish both videos on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or YouTube and tag you. 💕📦
Posts are not deleted automatically and may remain while our profiles are active. You can ask us by email to remove a tag or post.
Remember to provide your Instagram/TikTok username and do not include private information you do not want to make public.
🚚 How much is shipping?
Nothing at all! 💕 Shipping is completely free throughout mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands via Correos or an equivalent carrier. 🎀📦✨

No. The bags in the Cute CHULI BOX clásica and Maxi cute CHULI BOX are drawn at random, so the result can differ with every order. 🎲✨
The CHULI BOX DELUXE does not use the game and lets you choose up to 10 items.
