Everything you need to shop and use Lullaby Chuli Box with confidence.
The shop does not store cards or banking credentials
Lullaby Chuli Box does not request or store full card numbers, expiry dates, CVV/CVC codes, PINs, online-banking passwords or bank-account login credentials. These details are entered only on the secure page operated by Mollie or the selected payment provider and do not pass through this shop's forms.
The embedded card form, saved cards for one-click payments, Mollie customer profiles, subscriptions and detailed plugin debug logging are disabled. Checkout is guest-only: no reusable website account or password is created.
To manage the order and meet legal obligations, we do retain contact, billing and delivery details, the products purchased and administrative transaction data such as the identifier, payment method, amount and status. Mollie, the bank and the selected payment provider may process and retain payment data under their own policies and legal obligations. See Mollie's Privacy Statement.
1. Identity and scope
These terms govern purchases made at lullabychulibox.com. Full seller details are in the legal notice.
2. Products, packaging video and price
Key features and final prices appear before an item is added to the basket. The regular price of the video option is €7.00 per unit. The launch offer makes it free (€0.00 per unit) through 1 December 2026, inclusive; the regular price applies again from 2 December. Selecting it expressly requests recording and publication. Taxes and additional costs are shown before confirmation.
3. Purchase process
The buyer selects items and options, reviews the basket, provides the guest-checkout details and confirms the order. Errors can be corrected before payment. Confirmation and the order number appear on screen; confirmation email will be added when that service is enabled.
4. Payment, availability and delivery
Payments are processed by Mollie B.V. using the methods available on its payment page. Card details are not stored by this shop. If an item is unavailable after confirmation, the buyer will be informed and the relevant amount refunded.
Standard shipping is free to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands and normally takes 5–7 working days.
5. Legal guarantee and after-sales care
New products carry the applicable legal guarantee, currently three years in Spain for lack of conformity.
